When you purchase your template, you’ll get an email from the design platform we use called Corjl. In that email, there will be a link that will take you to your editable template. Once you open it, you can make your edits, save your changes, download the final design, and print!

PDFs are the best file format to use for printing, either at home or professionally. JPGs are great to send your invites or other designs digitally or post them on social media. PNGs are best suited if you need something to have a transparent background (ex: envelope address designs). All designs are able to be saved as a JPG or PDF. Only select designs are able to be downloaded as a PNG.

You can either print at home using your own printer or you can have your designs professionally printed. We always recommend test printing if you choose to print at home, and we always recommend asking your printer for a print proof if you choose to use a professional printing company.

You will have access to your items for ONE year from the date of purchase.

You are able to make edits to your templates throughout the year in which you have access. However, for each purchase we only permit use for a single event. If you want to use the same template for a second event, you will need to purchase it again.

The size and orientation of our templates is not editable. However, each template comes with at least two different sizes to accommodate different needs.

Some computer monitor settings are not as color accurate as others which can result in discrepancies between colors on a computer screen and colors on printed documents. Additionally, there are various printing options, settings, and processes that can affect the color consistency from digital to print. We always recommend testing your printer if you’re printing at home, or getting print proofs from your printer if you choose to use a professional printer.

Mobile editing is limited, so we always recommend using a laptop or desktop to make any edits to your designs.
